How much does The Buyer Series™ cost?
Nothing. All four classes are free. There is no cost to attend, no cost for the recordings, and no obligation to work with Carole Webb afterward.
Do I have to attend all four classes?
No. Come to one or all four. Each class stands on its own, and they are taught in order so that attending all four builds a complete picture from credit to closing.
Are the classes live or recorded?
Both. Each class is taught live so you can ask questions, and a recording is sent afterward to everyone who registered, so a scheduling conflict does not cost you the material.
When are the next classes?
Dates are announced by email. Register once using the form on this page and Carole will email you the upcoming schedule and the link to join.
Is this only for first-time buyers?
No. The series is built for first-time buyers, but repeat buyers, buyers returning after a foreclosure or hardship, and anyone who has not bought in several years get just as much out of it.
Do I have to be buying in Prince George’s County?
No, though the funding and grant material is specific to Maryland and Prince George’s County programs. Carole Webb is a licensed Maryland REALTOR® with Samson Properties and serves Prince George’s County and the surrounding Washington, D.C. suburbs.
