Through live webinars, written buyer and seller guides, and one-on-one coaching, she helps homeowners understand the full financial picture of a move rather than only the sale price.
Her practice concentrates on situations where the decision is complicated by more than market conditions: probate and estate sales, divorce, pre-foreclosure and short sales, expired listings, first-time purchases, and move-up buyers. That focus grew out of her own experience — after a period of financial hardship in which she lost her home, she rebuilt and made helping others protect and recover their equity the center of her work.
